Can CAR MEDICS give me an estimate on my repair?

Yes, we will always give you an estimate before we complete any work on your car.

Do you give free consultations on fixing my own car?

Yes, we are more than glad to help you.  If you need more information, you can visit or call us for more information. 
We will even provide you with a print out of your repair.

Does CAR MEDICS  give any warranties with your repairs?

Yes, we give you warranty, one years, 12,000 mile on all our quality repairs. Some repairs are life time warranty

Does CAR MEDICS do warranty work?

We will perform all of your factory recommended services and keep your manufacturer's warranty valid.  However,
if you have a problem which is still covered under your warranty, we will suggest that you take your vehicle back to
the dealership for warranty repairs.

Does CAR MEDICS provide shuttle service?  If so, how can I use it?

When you drop off your vehicle, we will arrange to take you to you home or work in the Cumming, GA area. 
If you need a ride to pick up your vehicle, we will schedule a time to pick you up.   Please call us to coordinate.

Can I bring my car in today?

You may bring in your car on any day.  However, there may be a delay in servicing your vehicle depending upon
our work load.  If you have an emergency, or a small repair (replace light bulbs, etc.) we will attempt to help
you out immediately.  We recommend that you make an advance reservation for your auto service. 
This will ensure that you are without your vehicle for the shortest time.

Does CAR MEDICS  have weekend hours?

Yes, We are open M-F 7:30 am -6:00 pm. Saturday 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.  However, you can drop-off and pick up
your vehicle 24 hours a day, seven days a week

Are CAR MEDICS  technicians factory trained?

Yes, all of our technicians are factory trained or ASE Certified Master Technicians - the industry standard for
all auto technicians. Your vehicle repairs are performed by the industry’s best technicians.

Do you work on forign cars?

Yes, John had been working on all European and Japanese vehicles over 30 years.

Can CAR MEDICS tow my car to Car Medics?

Yes.  We even offer free towing within 5 miles from our location.

Will CAR MEDICS install parts I supply?

No, we only install parts we supply. This way we can guarantee our one year, 12,000 mile warranty on all of our
quality repairs.

Do I have to pay diagnostic charges even if I think I know what the problem is?

 Yes, we always need to run diagnostic tests to ensure that we are making the correct repair as well as provide
you with our one year, 12,000 mile warranty.  If we were to do this, you may run the risk of additional repair costs
if the part you ask us to replace does not solve the problem.

 Does the diagnostic charge go towards the cost of the repair?

Diagnostic charges are for identifying the cause of the problem and are charged separately on your bill. 
However we do not charge anything if minimal time is spent on identifying the issue.

Does CAR MEDICS do auto body repair work?

No.

Does CAR MEDICS  sell parts?

No.

Can I get an oil change while I wait?

Yes, CAR MEDICS  will perform oil changes and lubrications by appointment, while you wait.  We are running specials
on oil changes for $12.95. 

How long have you been in business?

John had been in business since 1981 in Philadelphia, PA.  His auto repair shop was known to be
the best diagnostic repair shop in the area.  John provided consultantions to more than 15 other repair
shops on “hard to fix” problems. CAR MEDICSopened in August 2007.

Can I pick my car up after CAR MEDICS is closed?

Yes, we can accept your credit card over the phone to cover your bill. We will then lock your keys in the vehicle,
and you can use a second set to collect your vehicle after hours.
